For capable clients on a limited budget I will proactively enlist your paralegal efforts to save legal fees by downloading your own payroll and bank statements, developing chronologies, family budgets, and drafting discovery responses for me to edit. In appropriate cases you can also retain me on a ‘limited scope basis’ to draft your Complaint, draft and respond to discovery responses on your behalf, and only appear at a Court hearing when you decide that you need my lawyerly expertise to brief and argue motions or conduct trials in Court. Online credit and debit card payment options are available for clients’ convenience. These efficiencies allow me to deliver services at very competitive rates, and to employ a sliding fee scale to enable me to serve clients of modest means.
